Ingredients
- 1 slice of sourdough bread
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- Pinch of salt & black pepper
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 poached or fried egg (optional)
- Fresh cilantro or parsley
Instructions
- Toast the bread until golden and crispy.
- In a small bowl, mash avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toast.
- Top with red pepper flakes, fresh herbs, and a fried or poached egg (if you want).
