  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat salmon dry with paper towels, then rub both sides with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Place salmon skin-side down on the baking sheet. Top with lemon slices and fresh herbs.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Remove from oven, drizzle with fresh lemon juice, and serve immediately.
