Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (about 150g each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon (sliced, plus 2 tbsp juice)
- Fresh dill or parsley (2 tbsp chopped)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat salmon dry with paper towels, then rub both sides with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place salmon skin-side down on the baking sheet. Top with lemon slices and fresh herbs.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from oven, drizzle with fresh lemon juice, and serve immediately.
